Cranberry Pepper Jelly Dip with Cream Cheese in 5 Minutes

cranberry pepper jelly dip - featured image

A quick and easy appetizer featuring creamy cream cheese topped with sweet, spicy, and tangy cranberry pepper jelly, served with crackers or chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block of cream cheese (preferably full-fat)
  • 1 jar of cranberry pepper jelly
  • Crackers or sturdy chips (e.g., Ritz crackers, wheat crackers)

Instructions

  1. Take the cream cheese block out of the fridge at least 10 minutes before assembling the dip to allow it to soften slightly.
  2. Place the cream cheese block in the center of your serving plate. Leave it as a whole block or gently spread it out with a spatula for a thinner layer.
  3. Open the jar of cranberry pepper jelly and stir it to ensure it’s smooth and spreadable.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop the jelly onto the cream cheese and spread it evenly across the surface, allowing some of it to cascade down the sides.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle a handful of chopped pecans or fresh rosemary leaves on top for extra flair.
  6. Arrange your crackers or chips around the platter for easy dipping. If using a bowl, serve the crackers or chips on the side.

Notes

[‘Let the cream cheese soften slightly before spreading and serving for better texture.’, ‘Be generous with the cranberry pepper jelly to enhance the flavor.’, ‘Choose sturdy crackers or chips that won’t break under the weight of the dip.’, ‘Garnish with rosemary or chopped pecans for a festive touch.’, ‘Use high-quality cream cheese and jelly for the best flavor.’]
