A crisp, slightly tart, and naturally sweet mojito mocktail featuring fresh green apple juice, mint, lime, and sparkling water. Perfect for a refreshing, fuss-free drink any time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium green apples (peeled and juiced, preferably Granny Smith)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large lime (juiced, about 2 tablespoons or 30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill the serving glass)
  • Optional garnish: thin green apple slices and extra mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Peel and core 2 medium green apples. Use a juicer to extract about 3/4 cup (180 ml) of fresh apple juice. If no juicer, finely chop apples, blend with a splash of water, then strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Place 10 fresh mint leaves in your serving glass. Add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup and the juice of 1 large lime (about 2 tablespoons or 30 ml). Gently muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon to release the mint’s aroma without tearing the leaves too much.
  3. Pour the fresh green apple juice into the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes to about 3/4 full.
  4. Gently pour 1 cup (240 ml) of chilled sparkling water over the ice and juice mixture. Stir gently to combine all ingredients without losing too much fizz.
  5. Add thin slices of green apple and a sprig of mint on top for garnish. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh mint and fresh lime juice for best flavor. Avoid over-muddling mint to prevent bitterness. Chill sparkling water before use and stir gently to preserve fizz. Adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired. Prepare apple juice and syrup mixture ahead, but add sparkling water and ice just before serving to keep it fizzy.
