- 1 ½ cups (180 grams) powdered sugar
Instructions
- Measure out 6 cups (about 150 grams) of Rice Chex cereal and place it in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup (175 grams) white chocolate chips and ½ cup (120 ml) caramel sauce. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to overheat!
- Stir in 2 tablespoons apple cider mix and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional). Mix well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently stir with a rubber spatula until every piece is coated in the caramel apple goodness.
- Add 1 cup (30 grams) crushed freeze-dried apple slices to the coated cereal. Fold gently to combine.
