Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Cooked turkey, thinly sliced or shredded
  • Cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • Swiss cheese, sliced
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Fresh rosemary, optional
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread the cooked turkey evenly over the bottom halves of the buns. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the turkey.
  5. Lay slices of Swiss cheese over the cranberry sauce, covering each slider completely.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Mix melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the buns generously with the mixture. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Use a spatula to lift the sliders onto a plate or platter.

Notes

Don’t overstuff the sliders to avoid messiness. Use room temperature ingredients for faster baking. Toast the buns lightly for extra crunch. Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
