Instructions

  1. Remove any bruised outer leaves from the iceberg lettuce. Cut the head into quarters, ensuring each wedge holds together. Rinse the wedges under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble when cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the chives.
