This pumpkin spice fudge is a creamy, rich treat bursting with warm autumn flavors, perfect for fall gatherings or cozy indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (540g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz or 397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed pecans, white chocolate drizzle, or extra pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the sides for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the pumpkin puree, butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and salt. Mix until fully combined and the fudge base is silky and creamy.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle crushed pecans or a light dusting of pumpkin spice on top for added texture and visual appeal.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
  6. Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Slice into squares or rectangles with a sharp knife. Wipe the blade between cuts for clean edges.
