A quick and simple recipe for rich, fudgy brownies made with just Nutella, eggs, and flour. Perfect for beginners and those craving a fast chocolate fix.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • Optional: pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup (280g) Nutella with 2 large room temperature eggs. Whisk until smooth and glossy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually sift or sprinkle in 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour. Fold gently until no streaks remain, being careful not to overmix.
  4. If desired, fold in a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, or a handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting.
  8. Cut into 9 or 12 squares depending on preferred size and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy. Use room temperature eggs for better mixing. Warming Nutella slightly can help if it’s too thick. Lining the pan with parchment paper makes cleanup easier and prevents sticking. For a gluten-free version, substitute flour with almond flour or gluten-free blend. Optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips add texture and flavor.
