  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Measure ½ cup rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds per serving.
  2. In a small bowl or shaker, mix ½ scoop protein powder with ½ cup milk until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Blend ⅓ cup Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon sweetener and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, then add a pinch of salt. Stir into the milk and protein mixture.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the oats and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly to coat evenly.
