A simple, mineral-rich detox drink made with Himalayan pink salt and filtered water to support hydration and balance electrolytes naturally.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup coarse Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 cup filtered or spring water
  • Filtered water for dilution (about 8 ounces per serving)

Instructions

  1. Scoop 1/4 cup (about 60 ml) of coarse Himalayan pink salt into a glass jar.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of filtered room temperature water over the salt to create the sole concentrate.
  3. Stir gently with a non-metal spoon until the salt crystals dissolve completely.
  4. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit overnight (at least 8 hours) at room temperature.
  5. The next day, mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the sole concentrate with 8 ounces (240 ml) of fresh filtered water.
  6. Stir and enjoy your detox drink.
  7. Adjust to taste: add more water if too salty or increase sole slightly but do not exceed 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per glass.

Notes

Use coarse Himalayan pink salt for best mineral content. Let the sole rest overnight to fully saturate. Store sole concentrate in a sealed glass jar away from sunlight for up to 6 months. Diluted sole water should be consumed fresh within 24 hours. Avoid if you have high blood pressure or kidney issues without consulting a healthcare provider.
